Indiana-born singer/songwriter, Jace Everett is to play Glasgow’s Oran Mor on Sunday, June 28.

Jace’s “Bad Things” theme song from the mega successful TV vampire series True Blood is a worldwide hit.

His show will be the final night of the West End Festival: co-incidentally, Jace’s last appearance in the city was the last night of Celtic Connections 2013.

Specialising in brooding songs, he’s a gifted lyricist and a compelling vocalist in a range of styles.

On his fifth album, Terra Nova, which was released in 2013, Jace examines issues such as life and death and faith via an exploration of Old and New Testament tales.

Singer/songwriter, Jace Everett was brought back from the dead by vampires – and he’s live in Glasgow on October 13 at Stereo to prove it.

The former ditch digger from Indiana provided “Bad Thing,” the theme song to HBO’s most watched series, True Blood.

Jace, who has toured with Guy Clark, first released the song on his self-titled debut album in 2006 and it gave him a new lease of life in the music business.

With an album, “Dust & Dirt” due out this year, Jace is touring hard and building up a sold fan base with his gritty and groovy sound.

He writes great songs and has a strong reputation for excellent live shows so we look forward to welcoming him to Glasgow.
