Kris Drever Sold Out- 20th October

The show with Kris Drever in Websters Theatre on Sunday 20th October has now sold out.

As predicted our Jill Jackson “A Very Country Christmas” show is now sold out.

Jill with some very guests will be playing in Cottiers on Thursday 5th December.

Congratulations if you manage to get a ticket, we are in for a very special night.

Roseanne Reid Headline Show In November

We have watched with some delight the progress that Roseanne Reid has made since she played her first Fallen Angels Club show in 2015 opening up for Sam Outlaw.

So when we have Roseanne playing her own headline show in The Admiral on Thursday the 14th November it will be very satisfying.

Roseanne’s debut album, “Trails” was released earlier this year, it was produced by Teddy Thompson and features the great Steve Earle

This news is mouth watering to say the least, Dave Alvin & Jimmie Dale Gilmore sharing the stage in Glasgow later this year.

Dave Alvin from Downey and Jimmie Dale Gilmore from Lubbock have been filling canvasses with music of the American West for decades, coming from two very different directions.

Blue Rose Code Live Album Launch

Blue Rose Code’s 2017’s stunning album The Water of Leith continues to shine with the release of a new live recording. ‘The Water of Leith- Live’ was recorded in Ross Wilson’s hometown of Edinburgh at the sold out Queens Hall show in November 2017. The album will only be available at live shows, instore and on the BRC band camp.

We are delighted to be doing the launch show in The Queen Margaret Union on Wednesday 20th November 2019.

The official release date will be November 25th but will be available exclusively to buy at the Queen Margaret University launch show.

Jill Jackson presents a different sort of Christmas cheer with her 1st ever Christmas Show – ‘A Very Country Christmas’. Yola Returns to Glasgow

After her sell out show in Saint Luke’s last month, we are delighted to have Yola back in November.

Inspired by country and soul from the likes of Aretha Franklin, The Band, Gillian Welch, Gene Clark, The Byrds, Staple Singers, Emmylou Harris, Otis Redding and Dolly Parton, Yola is a force of nature and an incredibly talented singer and writer. After several years as a writer, producer and featured vocalist with dance artists such as Massive Attack, Duke Dumont and Chase & Status and a spell fronting the acclaimed band Phantom Limb, before embarking on a solo career.

Danny Returns To Glasgow

We have been working with Danny Schmidt since the early days of The Fallen Angels Club, so always a pleasure to have him back in Glasgow.

Danny plays The Glad Café on Wednesday 8th May with the fantastic Elaine Lennon. Tickets available here.

Elaine will be performing songs from her soon to be released debut album.


Roseanne Reid has certainly came along way since we first got her to open up for Sam Outlaw in April 2016.

Roseanne has finally released her debut album, “Trails” last month, the album was produced by Teddy Thompson and she is also joined by none other than Steve Earle on one track.

What better way to celebrate a debut album than with a hometown gig for Roseanne, she plays Cabaret Voltaire on Friday 7th June. Tickets available here.

The Delines Coming Back To Glasgow

The Delines packed out Oran Mor during Celtic Connections in January and had the crowd silenced with their stunning performance.

The new album Imperial was Number 1 for two weeks running in official UK Americana charts.

The Delines are led by vocalist Amy Boone( The Damnations, TX), the keyboard and horn work of Cory Gray, as well as Richmond Fontaine members: Sean Oldham, Freddie Trujillo, and Willy Vlautin.


Vlautin, the acclaimed novelist and songwriter for Richmond Fontaine, has penned all ten tracks. Vlautin’s book Lean on Pete was recently released as a major motion picture. Richmond Fontaine broke up in 2016 after releasing over ten records.

This should will be a cracker and in the very plush surroundings of BAaD Glasgow.

Charlie Parr & JD Wilkes Glasgow Show

Blue Rose Code Sold Out-Roseanne Reid

The Blue Rose Code show on the 7th March in Saint Luke’s is totally sold out.

We are not surprised this show has sold out so quickly, sorry to those of you who couldn’t get a ticket.

We are also delighted to tell you that the amazingly talented Roseanne Reid will open up the show.

If you are lucky enough to have  a ticket best to get along early to get a good seat.

After opening up for the likes of The Secret Sisters and Shakin Stevens in Glasgow in recent years, it will be great to see Danni Nicholls play her own headline show.

Danni plays The Admiral Bar on Wednesday 17th April with the wonderful Martha Healy opening up the show.

Hayes Carll Cottiers Date

The wonderful Hayes Carll will be back in Glasgow and with a fantastic new album. “What It Is” was released on the 15th February.

Hayes’s fiancée Allison Moorer co-wrote half the songs on the album and also co-produced on it as well.
